The site is a static brochure site — we do not require accounts and do not host comments. We collect personal data in only one place: the contact form. When you submit it, we receive the name, email address, optional company name, phone, country or region, solution interest, project stage, project description, and technical requirements you choose to send. Cloudflare Turnstile is used as a bot-protection challenge on the form; it briefly evaluates whether the submission appears to be from a human, and discards that signal once the challenge passes.

Contact-form submissions are emailed to our team and used solely to reply to your enquiry. We may keep the message thread on file so we can pick up follow-up questions later. We never sell or share the data with third parties for marketing.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare’s edge produces standard web-server logs (request URL, IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security, abuse-prevention, and performance purposes. These logs are governed by Cloudflare’s privacy policy and are retained per their standard schedule. We do not export or analyse them ourselves.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic traffic measurement without client-side cookies. If Google Tag Manager is configured, it loads only after you accept analytics in the consent banner. If you decline, Google Tag Manager is not loaded for that visit.

The site itself sets no first-party tracking cookies and uses no advertising cookies. Your analytics consent choice is stored in your browser’s local storage so the banner does not keep reappearing. Cloudflare may set short-lived cookies for security purposes (for example, the Turnstile challenge token while you complete the form). These cookies do not track you across other sites.

We do not embed YouTube videos, social-media widgets, or any third-party content on these pages. Images are served directly from megccng.com. PDF downloads (where linked) are also served from this domain.

We retain contact-form correspondence for as long as the project relationship is active. If you do not become a customer, we typically delete the message within 24 months, or sooner on request. Server logs follow Cloudflare’s retention schedule.

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights — or to object to processing — email info@megccng.com. We will respond within one calendar month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) if you believe our processing is unlawful.

When we change how we process data, we update this page and refresh the date at the top. There is no separate notification — please check back periodically.
